Training Needs Analysis

Each delegate attending a course with us will complete a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis form. This enables us to assess their current skills and make sure that they are attending the correct level of training.

These forms have been designed to quickly and accurately establish the current level for each delegate, they are different for each product and ask a wide variety of questions

Each form is marked by hand enabling us to identify any problems areas and to address these with the delegate prior to their training

If training is a new addition to your company activities or IT training has not been carried out for a long period, a Full Training Needs Analysis Programme can be carried out prior to any training for all delegates within your company. We will then group them into the relevant skill sets and organise your programme of training for you.
